PRICING
The price as it appears on this website is a representation of the price and is not binding if an error has been made. All prices listed on featherhead.com.au are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
PAYMENT METHODS
Featherhead.com.au accepts payment via Paypal or direct deposit and major credit cards via phone or mail order. Payment processing will not begin if you have not filled in all the information required on the online order form. Once payment has been accepted, we will email you an order confirmation and tax invoice to your nominated email address.
DELIVERY
All orders placed on this website are processed within 24 hours of the order being placed. If there is any foreseeable delay in the delivery of your order, you will be contacted by a member of the Featherhead team.
If your order has not arrived after seven (7) working days and you have not been contacted by Featherhead.com.au please contact us at hello@featherhead.com.au
We deliver by Australia Post and a signature is required on delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, an Australia Post parcel pick-up card will be left for you to collect your order from your nearest Post Office at your earliest convenience. Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery. Featherhead.com.au does not accept liability for a delay in the event that there is no one to receive the order at the delivery address. We do not deliver to Australian P.O. Boxes.
DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $10.00 per order within Australia, $15 for New Zealand orders
INTERNATIONAL
International customers are welcome at Featherhead! We ship internationally via registered Air Mail, which usually takes 7-10 business days (NZ is up to 5 business days). Please contact us at hello@featherhead.com.au for an estimate of shipping costs. International payments are only accepted by PayPal.
Orders shipped to international regions may be subject to customs regulations and/or charged taxes and duties by your own country and are your responsibility.
REFUNDS
We value our customers here at Featherhead and want to ensure you enjoy your online shopping experience and are satisfied with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your order in any way i.e. the product is faulty, not the correct item ordered, or not what you expected - please contact us at hello@featherhead.com.au within 14 days of purchase to discuss an exchange or refund. If a product is returned and featherhead.com.au deems it to be faulty, the customer will be refunded for freight charges incurred to return the product to featherhead.com.au via the payment method used when the product was originally purchased.
Any returned product must reach us in its original condition, unused and with tags still attached. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is packaged appropriately for return freight. We reserve the right to deny you a refund if we deem the item to not meet these standards and denied refunds will be returned to you.
Please email us at hello@Featherhead.com.au to organise your return/exchange. Replacements and refunds will only be processed after the faulty item has been received by Featherhead.com.au.
Please note: due to hygiene purposes there is no exchange available for used products.

PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Featherhead.com.au makes every effort to ensure the products you order arrives in the condition in which it was dispatched. However, should any of your items get damaged in transit to you, please email us at hello@featherhead.com.au. We will supply you with a replacement product once the damaged product has been returned to us.

By placing an order on this website you are making an offer to purchase the products you have selected based on these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to reject or accept your offer for any reason which may include, but is not limited to, the unavailability of the item, a pricing error or a mistake in your order. The availability of products, pricing and the cost of services like delivery etc. may change at any time. We will notify you when your order has been processed by sending you an order confirmation and tax invoice via email.
